ING DIRECT is always looking at ways to encourage competition in the Australian banking market by giving brokers and their customers a real choice. The following promotions are further initiatives to encourage customers to consider our competitive suite of home loan products:

SmartPack fee waived for LVRs up to and including 80%

ING DIRECT will waive the SmartPack Fee for applications with a total LVR of up to and including 80% where there is a new deal and a new security property. SmartPack must be selected on the loan application for SmartPack and the fee waiver to apply.

The fee waiver will apply to eligible applications until further notice.

Standard SmartPack application criteria applies. Please note this promotion is available in conjunction with the SmartPack bonus discount of an additional 0.10% p.a., subject to the existing promotion parameters.

Fixed rate application fee waived for LVRs up to and including 80%

ING DIRECT will waive the Application Fee for fixed rate home loan applications with a total LVR of up to and including 80% where there is a new deal and a new security property.

The fee waiver will apply to eligible applications until further notice.
